2. Konan said Uchiha and senju powers not izanagi powers. She doesn't even know what Izanagi is until Tobi told her so clearly she's not talking about Izanagi.

Wrong, learn how to read the manga. Obito didn't have any powers from the jubi, he had all of that chakra extracted from him. The only thing he could do was absorb senjutsu from Madara because he didn't have any. Kakashi can't use senjutsu so clearly the six path powers is from his chakra not the jubi.
