Itachi had a Girlfriend?

It was clearly stated by those guys visiting the Uchiha compound, complaining to Itachi´s dad, itachi himself was suspicious of murdering Shisui by using his sharingan and falsifying Shisui´s handwriting to make Shisui´s suppossedly suicide note...

later on it was implied Itachi killed his "lover" in the massacre.. Never clarified whether it was a boy or a girl.. please, respect the hero =D
