People say we've never seen itachi go all out when we already have. Not in one fight but in combination of all his fights. We know his max power is susanoo and he can only hold it for about a minute without killing himself. We've seen his best taijutsu against sasuke no he was not holding back holding back with his eye sight and illness is impossible against sasuke IN A TAIJUTSU ONLY FIGHT sasuke is no slacker. His best ninjutsu attack that is not a dojutsu is grand fire ball jutsu if you think it's something else state it but it can't be dojutsu. Itachi is a genjutsu user meaning when he uses genjutsu he IS trying hard that's his specialty. Izanami is a risk all jutsu wouldn't consider it a Major benefactor unless desperate. Summary as a result of itachis low stamina that he was born with itachi has always been going all out but because he stays calm during fights it gives off the impression he is not.

Nah I am pretty sure he was born with low stamina I am also certain his disease came from overusing MS he did use it every fight he was in more than once. Madara and sasuke showed similar signs of illness after spamming ms but they weren't having that GIMMIE DEM EYES BRUDDA

never went all out, he bodied nagato no diff and I did not think that was possible... but against sasuke he went easy, tobi even said that itachi could have killed sasuke early but he needed sasuke to use all his chakra to extract orochimaru. Basically with his arsenal of techniques plus his unmatched intelligence he doesnt need to go all out nor does he need a health body.

Hmm.....I believe Itachi had low stamina due to his illness. As far as him "going all out"....I believe what most mean is we have not ever seen Itachi pushed to the point where he has to fight with every ounce of strength to defeat an opposition. A point where he feels he cannot win, but also feels he cannot lose the fight.

With Sasuke by manga fact he planned that correct? Of course I mean no disrespect...though I disagree. I believe Itachi has not fought to the point of "going all out". That's just me though....

Um that whole tai jutsu fight was genjutsu so no we never seen him go all out with tai jutsu..and itachi has held back on every body he has fought incept nagato.

Zetsu who was watching the fight even commented on how sluggish he was performing during his fight with Sasuke and even said that because he was so sick he was at a huge disadvantage.

Itachi has a Sharingan... Kakashi with just 1 eye was able to copy over 1000 jutsu... Yet you say Itachi's greatest ninjutsu is grand fireball... why? because you saw him do it...

Lastly, Itachi was not born with low Chakra reserves, his Chakra reserves were reduced because of his illness.
