What if sasuke too weak just couldnt handle itachi at all? Would itachi koed sasuke, then hold sasuke's hand with sasuke sword and stick it in his(itachi) chest while sasuke passed out? Or would he have koed sasuke, rip his own eyes and stick them in sasuke's? Or would he fly his neck right on sasuke sword resulting in his own defeat?? What do you think how it woulda turned out if sasuke was way too weak that got soloed even by a finger jutsu??

He's saying what if during their original battle Sasuke was even weaker, how would Itachi have gone about making it believable that Sasuke beat him, without making Sasuke question the authenticity of the battle. The OP sure did write it in a funny way though. Horrible English skills. It barely made any sense. I'm still questioning how I even understood that.

Also, assuming sasuke didn't have cursed seal or He released oro earlier, itachi would simply kill himself a lot earlier instead of going through the trouble of amaterasu/susano'o to put on a show. In fact, if sasuke didn't have cursed seal at all, itachi would probably let him break tsukuyomi, then pretend to be too strained so sasuke could land a killing blow.
