Firstly, you must know i'm talking about EMS Madara, so not current Madara we're seeing right now. EMS Madara is just hype, nothing more. Before you even start to talk me about meteors or others i will list things he can't do without Rinnengan and start my analysis of EMS Madara from what we've seen so far:

• He can't use meteors obviously
• He can't use Mokutons ninjutsus
• He can't use Mokutons clones, so you must forget to talk about it.
• He can't use preta path or other Rinnengan jutsus if he possess them.

Now, if we take apart the Rinnengan that we see right now, so far from what we're seeing, yes i believe Itachi is stronger than Madara when he had EMS. I think people are overestimating Madara only cuz he is a legend, but if we go by feats, Itachi is stronger.

- Itachi has a complete and better Susanoo than Madara(totsuka+yata mirror for the defense). Madara pierced Tsunade but if it was totsuka instead, she would have been sealed and his regeneration jutsu won't have helped. Madara hasn't even shown he is capable to form a complete Susanoo and Tsunade broke through it like it was nothing. Against Itachis full Susanoo+yata mirror, i don't think she could have.

- In the use of MS jutsus, Madara seems to be only a good Susanoo user, not more than that. Itachi instead only to waste chakra by using Susanoo all the time, will have finish it quickly even before the fight has starten with a genjutsu. I think Itachi is better in the use of genjutsus than Madara, and his use of jutsus is much more effective.

- Tobi talking about Tsukiyomi when Sasuke was fighting Danzo even said that "Itachis tsukiyomi has no equal". That means Itachis tsukiyomi is unique and that no one had a strong tsukiyomi in the entire clan like Itachi had(so even Madaras tsukiyomi if he had it, was weak in comparison)

- People will surely say that Madara has great katon jutsus, which is true, but in a battle between them, that won't help a lot. Besides the fact Itachi could simply avoid it or use a KB as a feint, he can also protect himself with Susanoo.

- Also people may say that Madara was a legend fighting Hashirama, controlling Kyubi, etc.. But they forget something. The only reason why the only Uchiwa who was able to compete with Hashirama was Madara, because he was the only one who had MS(or EMS) at that time besides from his brother. So there wasn't even a competition in power. Currently there are more MS users, much more genius.

- The mainly problem of Itachi is his stamina and against someone like Madara he could be defeated cuz he couldn't fight for too long. That's why i talked about Itachi full power without weakness or problems with his chakra.

So what do you think about it? Who do you think is stronger? I repeat i'm judging feats, not hype.

He unlocked the Rinnegan BEFORE Kabuto brought him back by incorporating Senju blood. The clones come from the Senju blood, not from the Rinnegan. Both are his from the MS or EMS form.

His double Susano'o summoned the meteors - his Susano'o literally has two heads, four arms, and can use its own jutsu. It is like his brother's Susano'o fused into his.

Tobi commented on Itachi's Tsukoyomi while Madara was dead. Madara did use full Susano'o - although it doesn't have Yata's Mirror or the Sword of Totsuka, and can't compete. Itachi has never run out of stamina or been unable to finish a fight quickly. Madara is only toying with the Hokages. Basically, I think Itachi is more combat powerful and wiser, but disagree with your points.

Madara isn't first generation, SO6P is first generation, and he obviously wanted to be and thought he would be surpassed according to the Naruto manga. Itachi has more knowledge - he can use jutsus without hand signs, with time delays and with conditions on them, and he is faster.

Madara is surely overrated.People never saw him battling with ems powers and they forgot that,mokuton doesnt belong to him or without rinnegan he cant use meteor attack.however,i dont know whos strong.itachi surely has a disadvantage of his low stamina.

I wouldn't be surprised if madara could deactivate itachis sharingan since even itachi has said that madara has figured out all the secrets of the sharingan.

We're know nothing about Madara in his prime. Of course Madara was stronger, even according to Itachis own words. He called him immortal and unbeatable Ninja, he had according to him true power. Not until Itachi has obtained the Eternal Mangekyou too, he can gain a power exceed Madaras, like he said to Sasuke.

Besides you can't take Tsukuyomi as an argument, Madara lived a long time before Itachi, so Tobi meant there are no equals to Itachis Tsukuyomi in the current story.
