You know what's going to happen; diehard Itachi fanboys are going to pull the 'Bijuu Mode only counts for Edo Minato' card. Nonetheless, Minato's rating must have soared up the Top 10 list. xD
Technically, he was still alive when he sealed part of the Kyuubi inside him, so should we consider it a technique he had access to before death? It seems likely that he would have used it if he survived, since he's an expert with seals and figured Naruto would be able to use BM minutes before making him a Jinchuuriki.
