hello nb community. back in time ... when itachi killed all of his race:sy:, if he had killed his brother:flaw:, lets assume he also would have the ems:scorps:. he could declare war and attempt to control the world the same way that tobi? or he could do what madara did in the past? speaking in terms of organization, skills, intelligence, knowledge. Itachi could do the same as tobi and madara?
