Sakura has brute strength but lacks reflexes and combat skills, her punch can be easily avoided by someone of kakashi's caliber let alone Itachi.

Itachi doesn't have brute strength, he skills are off the charts for sakura to comprehend and he's a genius. .remember how he defeated nagato's animal path with simple shuriken jutsu.

If sakura lands a punch on itachi then itachi's done for else he takes this. .

Itachi can use so many jutsu without need for sharinghan ..
Like fire ball jutsu , finger Genjutsu and crow jutsu ..

She had something but she was in the process of making it. Think of it like this, her chakra was slowing carving and shaping a space inside her forehead were she would stores a whole let of chakra, then it would evenually fill up.

So basically she was carving a cup from a stone with a screw. then filled it up with water.

I was talking about with Sakura's seal active here, I know Itachi has 5 in tai, but sometimes databook isn't the only thing we need to take into consideration...Sakura smashed two juubi clones(or small parts, or whatever you want to call them..) and considering speed of that clone, I doubt whether Itachi's taijutsu will keep up with Sakura's brute strength...
