well i don't believe that itachi killed his own clan.And here is why.
1.Itachi is a good man.
2.Itachi cries...remember the time when sasuke recalls that
3.Ever wonder why the hack there are so many sharingans in tobi's dimension.
4.Remember how itachi watches when sasuke opened the door when his parents were killed....May be itachi was expecting to see the enemy.....but later on find out his own brother...
This is all i have.I do believe that it is all the doing of tobi.I think itachi want sasuke to defeat tobi as well.

Didn't Itachi said he killed them? And if he didn't kill them, why would he leave the Leaf Village? And it's Tobi's dimension. He could do whatever the hell he wants there. And how do you explain the Sharingans on Danzo's arm?

Please be trolling because there is countless proof and we have actually seen him do it... If you realized anything you would understand that he didn't want to do it in Te first place. It was to stop a more bloody war between the leaf and the clan. He did I because he was a good man.
