Itachi could control the kyuubi?

When Itachi and Sasuke fought they talked about many things including the MS ability to control Kurama... it wasn't fully clear to me... every MS user Uchiha can do it like Obito did? Or not?

It is an ability granted by the awakening of the Mangekyou sharingan. So yes, in theory he could. That's why it was assigned to him by akatsuki.

but itachi believed only EMS can do it ...but he was fully capable of taming kyuubi with his MS ...

he just didn't find kyuubi ...lol

Yup all 3 tomoe users can. If its a good 3 tomoe so sasuke itachi obito and madara all can. ​

If I recall correctly, all Uchiha with a fully matured Sharingan or Mangekyo Sharingan are capable of forcefully taming a Bijuu, so Itachi could probably control the Kyuubi quite easily since he's a master at genjutsu.

No one should need EMS to do that it is considered as hightest range of genjutsu.......Obito able to do that bcoz he already has MS as wel as Hashirama's chakra ........Hashi's chakra alone is enough to put kyubi under control..............
