Yea its a fact.
those who blabber kotoamatsukami one shot
Izanami one shot should remember Itachi no matter how skilled he is cant use it properly.
lets start with KA.
we know that itachi implanted shishui's eye in one of his crow.
we should remember itachi cant put shisui's eye in his eyescoket because he wont be able to summon Susanoo + his yata, n totsuka + he looses either amatersu or tsukuyomi
now since he cant directly use KA , he have to pre plan his crow or rig his crow to do a certain thing. but how on itachi could rig his crow in a middle of a battle ? In the same way will his crow be that much be that much fast and intelligent to do every thing itachi ordered in the heat of battle? NO It cant. Itachi can only use a crow in a pre planed battle , not in a surprise 1v1 scenario in which he don't know the date, condition, opponent.
Its a fact itachi cant rig shisui's eye in the heat of battle and implant it into a crow.
now lets talk about izanami
To prepare for izanami , itachi will have to prepare for a lot of time
by that time itachi would be already dead in real life. for eg kabuto killed itachi for many time . n if its not for edo body of itachi he would be long dead.
similarly itachi risks loosing his one sharingan in vain if he misses. for eg if Itachi uses izanami against a shadow clone , or a subistituion jutsu then itachi's izanami goes in vain. not only this he looses Susanoo+totsuka+yata+ either tsukuyomi or amatersu. which is a big lost.
+ itachi will also tire out very fast due to chakra consumption form these kinjutsu.
Its a fact of battle because ninjas like kakshi, Bee,hashirama,minato, hiruzen uses multiple shadow clones or kage bushins , that sharingan cant differentiate. Its a proven fact sasuke and kakshi have fooled itachi with shadow clones.
hence Its a fact Itachi that if Itachi decides to use KA or izanami then his winning chance decreses more than 80% in real life battle.
