Then How come itachi broke this manga fact and logic, he simply one shotted renningan user only by using MS ability

I told myself before fight that nagato will rap itachi since he's renningan user but Itachi won at very super difficulties level by using MS ability.

In manga fact, nagato supposed to win but Itachi broke manga facts.

This^ and not to mention it was a 3 on 1 fight Naruto and Bee were there too. Itachi would have lost to Chibaku Tensei Had not all 3 used their strongest attack to destroy the core. Itachi's Susanoo attack alone wasn't enough to destroy it.

So Itachi's superior strategy and teamwork win that fight. Itachi then cleaned up the aftermath by sealing Nagato.

You know that he want Itachi to seal him from what I remember and also there Kabuto controling him.

Try putting Itachi against Rinnegan Madara, Hagoromo or Sasuke, you will see the truth.
