1- He never blitzed Bee. Don't know if you even know what means "blitzing someone"

2- Once again there are levels in speed. You may be the number 1 in your class, but when you go to another classroom, you become the last. It's exactly the same for Sasuke or Itachi. He is fast for common ninjas, not for people like Raikage, Naruto or Minato, who will look him like a snail.

Itachi couldn't even distance Sasuke despite the fact that on his own admission, he had no time to waste(so was going at full speed to catch-up to Kabuto). That same Sasuke was distanced by the Hokages, who themselves were distanced by Minato so badly that the guy even got the time to prepare all the markings around something as large as the Juubi(something that even baffled Tobirama and Hiruzen) without no one on the battlefield even noticing his presence. Again at that same time, he has time to go to a random rock middle ocean to put another marking, come back and redirect Juubi's Bijuudama, with the fodders still starring at the Bijuudama, yet still not noting Minato's presence when he finally appeared infront of Sakura and Naruto to chat:

What is funny is that Tobirama and Hiruzen were already amazed by Minato's quick reaction feat and speed when they didn't even see the above bolded part happen. I think they would have caught a heart attack if they knew, especially Tobirama XD

Another funny thing is that even up until now, those fodders never knew Minato was the one who stopped the attack and thought it was the Hokages together who did the job somehow.

For them it was just some sort of miracle that happened when they saw the Bijuudama disappear

So almost everything Minato does is invisible for common eyes, they can't even notice who/when/what happened

Itachi is fast, but he is nowhere near that level of speed and has never displayed something even close to Minato's speed feats/reaction. Like i've said, he can't even distance Sasuke. When he will do one thing, Minato would already be 3 or 4steps ahead

Itachi also showed body flicker feats against kurenai back in part 1.

we see itachi kick kurenai to a considerable distance and near instantly appear behind her with his body flicker.

now too mention kakashi was able to feel the sensation and keep up with lee's movements when he was in 4th gate mode against gaara.

All the feats you showed me are iether subpar kunai feats, like the ability to intercept kunai's something that genin level can do. True story look at ino and sakura [

As to answer your question, given the fact that Kunai's with extensions were included I'd say Itachi isn't in Minato's League.

Hitting a target behind a stone or teaching your kid brother [academy level] a new Jutsu isn't the same as Wiping out world war battalions.

As for whether Minato could do what Itachi did with Kunai i.e. Hitting the blind spots...well Minato can s/t to moving Kunais so he can do it. But Itachi wiping out battalions with his Kunais would be same as Konohamaru Kicking Sasuke's butt Lol

You talk about war battlions yet forget that its the fodders throwing the kunai's for him. Not only is he not doing the throwing this is an hiraishin feat more than a shurikenjutsu feat. Did say ill limit myself though

Lol, Itachi using Sharingan to amplify his Kunai skills is fine, but if Minato uses Jikukan Kekkai to amplify his Kunai skill it's not.

Those fodders may have thrown the Kunais but a simple Bunshin Jutsu would suffice U_U
