It's already been said only another uchiha can break out of itachi genjutsu and minato is not an uchiha or genjutsu expert

did you see the link? that's why minato uses contract seals to break genjutsus, instead of disrupting chakra like other ninjas...it is said in the manga only uzumakis are feared for having great sealing techniques...and the ninja that you're underrating is currently the only one in the manga who can use those...

Minato >itachi

Itachi is quick.. i will agree with this but he is not as quick as minato and FTG can be used in various ways... not just by the use of kunai...

Minato has summonings to help aswell and since he is contracted with the frogs he can technically summon ma and pa and they can then perform the frog song which is one of the best genjutsu's

Minato is a close quarters fighter and so he would naturally be better at hand to hand combat and going in close to minato u are basically saying u are willing to die...

Itachi's genjutsu.. as u said this is dangerous however with minato moving as fast as he is he does not need to look into his eyes... remember kakashi managed to avoid eye contact with itachi the second time and gai managed to right from the beginning..

Minato has seals that could also possibly be lethal however we know little of these atm so i wont say much about them apart from that they have the potential to be incredibly lethal

Space/Time barrier Anything of great scale coming at minato he can always redirect it with the use of 2 kunai like he has done against the juubi using 1 kunai to choose the location and the other to warp the tech this essentially allows minato to use this tech in fast paced combat..

Minato with RDS can always end things in a stalemate like u said so it doesnt matter... thinking about it minato can never actually 'lose'

-Minato hasnt seen susanno nor itachi's super susanno
-Minato hasnt seen amatersu but he has the speed to dodge it, but in order to dodge it he would need to look at itachi's eyes correct?


And Itachi just has to worry about FTG and RDS

i have read through this thread until now and u never said anything about Edos not being ninja... which is stupid tbh they are still ninja whether they are being used or not... also the EDOs on the battlefeild right now are not being used but have there own freewill

I do agree with this post. I did say the most like scenario would be itachi die from no chakra but my point if everything that makes minato legendary meaning his speed and ftg can be countered by itachi. Itachi has the reflexs alone with the sharigan to counter his speed and like I said before minato mainly used ftg with kunai and itachi could easily deflect them.

Lmao, there is no KCM Minato, only Edo Minato can use it because living Minato died after using the RDS.
