Hashirama doesn't even need sinsusenjuu here.
His wood golem + wood dragon can stand up to perfect Susano. Wich is a lot stronger than Itachi's susano.
Hashirama's healing abilities and His chakra absorbing abilities can take care of amaterasu
Genjutsu doesn't work if Itachi can't cast Hashirama on it.. And ofc he can't since he would be outlasted by hashi's mokuton.
Hashirama is just superior to itachi, by a LOT, really A LOT
