What if Itachi was alive (non-edo) and had all of Madara's power-ups and enhancements and was the one to implement the "Eye of the Moon" plan. It's been said that he's the best Tsukuyomi user of the Uchiha's. And since were going what if's.. what if Shisui (with Obito's enhancements) was alive (non-edo) and was his right hand man and they both tried to push this agenda.

How royally screwed would everyone else be?

- This would water down Sasuke, because he wouldn't have Itachi's eyes.
- I also think this takes away the gift Itachi gave Naruto
