It is kinda too late for that, but he would have been a great hokage. He cares for the village more than anything. His power is astronomical, he already had the wisdom when he was 7, and was strong enough by the time he slaughtered the clan. If they had made him or Shisui the hokage, none of this madness would be going on in the ninja world.
