Itachi Arc: Episode 1 summary

#451 - "The True Story of Itachi: Born to Live, Live to Die" (March 03)
The shinobi in a deep sleep and having their dreams thanks to Madara's Infinite Tsukuyomi. Such as, Hinata, Shikamaru, Sai and Gaara. Meanwhile, Sasuke's Rinnegan was able to reflect the moon's light, and Naruto was protected by Sasuke's Susanoo. At that time, Sasuke is reminded of the moment when his reincarnated brother's soul starts to ascend to the skies....

*Short version: Sasuke thinks about Itachi and triggers a whole arc, XD

Lol this reminded me of the Yellow Flashback. Back when Minato could trigger a 6-8 pages of flashbacks per manga chapter by saying "Hey, Hinata, remember how you saved my son from Pain?". Sasuke is now taking his place.

For this arc it would have been better if it was just introduced separately from the main storyline. It could start the way Kakashi Gaiden did. Just have a character we know start talking about it (without a forced bridging through flashback) and go from there.

I can't wait for the next OP and ED. We go back to canon in May, so maybe it will be the last OP.
