I'm speaking mentally-wise.
Obito turned evil because Kakashi failed to protect Rin.
Sasuke wants to destroy the Leaf because only a hand full of people were involved in the Uchiha massacre.
Madara turned against the Uchiha clan just because they wanted peace with the Senju.
Fugaku plotted against Konoha just because one person, Tobirama, placed the Uchiha in a seperate area of the village.
Itachi and Shisui both stayed strong throughout hard times. They seemed to be the only Uchiha ever with a good head on their shoulders. So, screw those weak-minded fools. Itachi and Shisui are the only Uchiha to deserve respect.

1) We don't know for sure if Obito is Tobi.
2) Sasuke wants to destroy the leaf because Itachi died in order to protect the leaf. He doesn't feel as though the lives of the villagers outweigh Itachi's (Would you save 100,000 by killing your family member?) And the fact that the villagers have no clue Itachi died for them, yet they speak and think harshly of him.
3) Madara turned against them because he felt as though the Senju were trying to suppress the Uchiha, and when he needed his clans support they shunned him.
4) Fugaku wanted to regain power for the Uchiha realizing that the Uchiha were becoming less important in the village. A thing called POWER, humans have fought over it for years.

No disrespect, but you are totally wrong.

2. That's not the only reason. He felt like everyone was mocking him and he wants to pay them back.

3. Madara was upset because his brother, Izuna, sacrificed himself for the Uchiha to conquer the Senju. His younger brother died in vain, and the blood was on his hands because Izuna died giving his eyes to Madara. Also, the Uchiha betrayed Madara. Being the only one against Senju rule, they would outcast him or perhaps tell Senju officials. He couldn't risk that, and I don't feel that he really betrayed anyone (but the Senju, but that was within its own terms.)

4. They were segregating the Uchiha from everyone else. They were pushed off into their own little space. Also, they were put in charge of the police force so they could be easily monitored. No one trusted them and that's why they went against Konoha.

5. They're only cool-headed if you love Konoha and the Senju. Itachi admitted to his mistakes. Shisui and Itachi sacrificed themselves to save a village at the cost of killing their families.

Yeah, I know I messed up on a lot of parts. I was rushing. Though, people understand what I'm trying to get across. Itachi and Shisui always had good intentions, even if they had to get their hands dirty.
