Itachi and Sasuke

There seems to be a lot of conflict between Fans of Itachi and Sasuke.

If they were to fight now, who would win? Please dont fanboy, just give reasoning.

Rules:

Same situation as their fight at the Uchih hideout [Location, information and preparation]
Itachi is completely healthy and not an edo [no diseases]
They both fight with the killing intent [Itachi doesnt try to get killed]
They both have their respective Mangekyous and neither of them are going blind [No EMS for Sasuke]

I thought there would be more discussion haha. There is nothing wrong with a healthy debate!

Reading what people have said, why do loads of people still insist that Sasuke can defeat Itachi? Is it just because of his EMS and Itachi's disease?

Itachi used most of his MS effectively against every opponent he fought, especially the defence against Sasuke's kirin in his final death moment was defence at its best.
Sasuke has an amazing techniques too like amaterasu Blase release and his arrow from susano but so far he has been spamming most of his MS techniques whereas Itachi used his perfectly with great efficiency (excluding the edo-tensei)

If they were to fight with MS and Itachi was to be serious, Sasuke would lose as Itachi has perfected most of his techniques and his susano and genjutsu arsenal are far superior in my opinion compared to Sasuke
