yeah and limbo clone negs itachi who cant see it coming to rape him. kamui lops off his head in 0.1 secs before itachi transitions to MS. yeah dude pretty much all S rank ninja have a one shot neg everyone jutsu if they just use it right off the bat but thats not how battles go so no tsukyiomi doesn't really neg especially not another uchiha who we've never gotten to see itachi use it on.

Tsukuoymi and KA are faster then the jutsu u posted sorry :/. KA > Uchiha . Tsuki > everyone who isnt an uchiha
