so besides me who else believes that the reason why itachi entrusted naruto with his lil brother sasuke, is because he knows naruto will beat sasuke and might be able to get sasuke to return to the leaf? idk wat kishi has plan for sasuke but, i believe that in their nxt fight naruto will finally beat sasuke. that last time they me naruto could have easily one sense sasuke was already tired soo i think he just didnt want to be sasuke then.

but if they both would have punch each other after that rasengan vs chidori then i assume it would have been a tight. and naruto is currently way stronger then sasuke at this point, itachi probabably gave shisuis eye to naruto is so he wouldnt have to fight sasuke. and itachi said it himself naruto doesnt need that eye

Lol its hard to argue with the Itachi thing XD why if you believe in someones resolve would you give them the hidden ability to manipulate too.
To be honest (and ive said this alot) i cant see Sasuke carrying on after this, it wouldnt fit into the story, Itachi just needs to tell Sasuke straight 'Stop being stupid and blaming innocent ppl for my mistakes' lol

Also has no one learnt this yet? Sasuke has been driven his whole life to be strong (so he could kill Itachi). Naruto is 100% the reason he ran off in the first place, by accepting his challenge on the hospital roof he made Sasuke feel worthless which is the whole reason he ran off. Doing it again isnt going to win you precious Sasuke points XD
This needs to be resolved in a friendly way not with fighting, which is why i hope this time with Itachi has amended Sasukes viewpoint on the world.

Well.. Something on those lines seemed to be the plot. But don't get your hopes too high. Naruto and Sasuke are at par with each other and at the moment Itachi seems to be fixing Sasuke himself. Don't get surprised that you never see a real all out Naruto vs Sasuke battle - rather a friendly duel at the end of the story where we dont even get to see the end of that for example- manga finishes leaving them at the field out there. :noc:

Agreed. That's kind of the ending I want, actually. I've know that some people want them both to die at each others' hands but that doesn't feel Naruto-y to me. Not only that, but the entire story of Shippuden would've been wasted.

Having those to battling it out as friends would be a touching ending.

sasuke and naruto are not equals at that moment, and the first time i saw naruto go 4 tails on orochimaru, i was hoping he would have done that on sasuke to c wat would happen, but i agree if ur talking about they were equals when they fought at the valley of the end.

eh, i dont think many people would want that, this fights build up wouldnt be done justice in a friendly competition surrounded by onlookers, they couldnt go all out, but i dont wanna see either die as well, w/e kishi does im sure itll be epic though

edit: id also like to see sasuke invade konoha because it would show amaterasu used against shinobi with various skills and would answer some questions for me personally
