I don't think flower world's pollen will breach Susano'o as we saw that acid fumes couldn't get past it, not until Sasuke was extremely low on chakra from trying to climb to Incomplete Version. But Hashirama's 1000 hands Sage technique, together with a large mokuton forest would prove to be quite deadly.
He can always create Mokuton clones and fight them one one one as well. If Itachi's uses Amaterasu it will eventually spread through the whole forest, but unlike Sasuke, he lacks EMS - its variants - and is subject to a large amount of Strain. Hashirama will just create it anew. He can also Avoid Tsukuyomi by making clones from the get go. As Itachi lacks EMS, he would never be able to differentiate between them.
Sooner or later MS effects will kick in, which won't be longer than a few minutes and Wood Dragon can be summoned to Suppress Susano'o's Chakra - which I am assuming would be possible, given its chakra suppression capabilities - and Itachi's Chakra will deplete very quickly. He loses here.
Minato is practically useless here. Flower World technique will take him out early on in the battle. Since he is incapacitated, he won't be able to summon anything. Even if he isn't his Summons are tanked by Hashirama's wood summon that played catch with a TBB. They shouldn't pose anything. He won't be able to hold his own for long with pollen lingering in the air.
Tobirama isn't even needed. Hashirama wins this fairly easily. I give him this fight low diff.
