Sasuke, Naruto, and Nagato would solo, everyone else loses though, and I'm not even going to get into how many teams that are capable of taking them out.

The only Pairs I can really say beats them is Sasuke + Naruto, Naruto + any high leveled Ninja (can give them chakra), and Nagato + Tobirama (Tobirama is needed because Nagato lacks mobility making him easy prey for Totsuka).

BM Naruto and PS Sasuke may be able to solo, but that'd go high difficulty.

The only two able to comfortably solo (excluding Hashi and Madara) this pair is Sage mode Kabuto, and Rinnegan Obito w/ jins. Sage mode Kabuto is w/o a doubt the most underrated guy in the narutoverse.

Sage mode Kabuto summons his thousands of reanimations including Edo Madara, the dead Akatsuki, and 7 swordsman and destroy these two.

6 bijuu are too much for Itachi and Minato, unless Totsuka has a feat that allows it to seal bijuu.
