Awww come on guys... How can you say Madara, if Kabuto wants to take control, he can in the blink of an eye! This is of course edo Madara you are talking about, I am guessing so as you linked in Tobi as well being the masked man and who else could Madara refer to... Ramen guy in disguise, pfft!

If you are ever going to put Edo Madara in any top anything! Kabuto has to go above him... Just the way I feel, and I logically see it.

Sooo none of Hashi's abilities meaning he gets, from what we have seen, the absorbing path and meteor's? Meh, I still wouldn't put him that high. Sorry I misread that though, my bad there.
