Itachi can put up Susano'o in tune with a lightning bolt. I don't see a blitz happening really.

-No it doesn't. Mu can make them lighter than water which means they would float to the top or fly out.

-Sasuke in canon couldn't react to V2 Ay's speed or track him with sharingan. When Muu lightens Sandaime, the Raikage would achieve around that same level of speed so same thing happens with Sasuke except Nukite just tears through any Susanoo variant.

Itachi and Kisame wins both scene's.

Scene 1- Amaterasu lights on the 3rd Raikage. Itachi and Kisame both can use clones so a sneak attack from Mu is useless. Once he tries to attack with Jinton Amaterasu lights him up.

Scene 2- Kisame fuses with Samehada. Once fused he can also give Itachi huge chakra boost via Samehada to increase the size of his Susanoo and the Aoe of his attacks. Neither of the kage have a counter for genjutsu. Water clones and shadow clones throws Muu of again. 3rd Raikage won't even be able to touch Kisame nor Itachi who can keep his Susanoo up much longer than average via Kisame feeding him chakra.​
