I agree Itachi and Kisame win this match, but Kisame has nothing to put Orochimaru down permanently as Orochimaru is extremely durable, also he has no way to get past the eight branches technique and hydrification plus oral rebirth makes it even more difficult to kill Oro and Jiraiya has Ma and Pa plus his boss summons and Senjutsu which is useful against Kisame.
