so basically SM naruto and 8 tailed bee? I think naruto can trick kisame into absorbing enough sage chakra, since both are IC.
IC itachi wont spam Ms techniques right off the bat and clones are the ultimate answer to amaterasu and genjutsu.
plus bee casts ink and blinds itachi then fires off bijuudama. IC bee will go to full hachibi if hes aware of what hes up against, which he does.
samehada can be gotten away from kisame easily enough. naruto can dodge attacks and sense them easily enough.
i say jins win.
also you didnt say if naruto cant go kyuubi or not so assuming he can, he stomps by himself
