First of all, Deidara would arguably get one-shotted by Tsukuyomi or Amaterasu. Even if we don't count these, either Itachi or Kisame can keep Deidara off of his bird, either by Itachi Shunshin-ing to Deidara - Hebi Sasuke already did this [

After that it's just Itachi and Kisame vs Tobi. Since Itachi doesn't know about Tobi's Kamui, all they need is one failed attempt at a Kamui warp to understand how his technique works, and there are multiple things that could be done:

1) Clone feints. Itachi already has arguably the fastest hand-speed in the manga [

2) Kisame could make a Water Dome and fuse with Samehanda. Itachi would stay in his Susano'o with an

clone and wait for an eventual Kamui warp attempt, since Tobi would logically go after Itachi first in this situation. As soon as Tobi shows up and starts absorbing, Itachi would just deactivate Susano'o and detonate the clone. If Tobi manages to turn intangible and goes for an attack again, Kisame will be there waiting. If he tries to slip through Kisame and warp him instead, not only will the water slow his movements, but Itachi could just attack with Susano'o.

3) Minor Genjutsu use. Itachi uses genjutsu tactics a lot, and while he can't beat Tobi with just that, even a weak genjutsu can win the battle for him and Kisame, as it has served as a distraction to Sharingan users before [
