Lol wasn't much to go on. I don't believe oro would've done any better against. I believe jiraiya must of great resistance to genjutsu where oro has being beaten easierly by it at least twice

Itachi wasn't afraid of jiraiya and probably could have killed him if he wanted to. He just escaped that time at the Inn because he knew sasuke wasn't powerful enough yet and didn't want Jiraiya to kill him instead of sasuke. Itachi and Jiraiya are pretty even but Itachi isn't afraid of him
