Well for one everybody has their own opinion, no body's top5/10 is right or wrong.
What i will say though is that in the series so far, itachi has been the most skilled/complete. I challenge you to name me another ninja so far in the series that has mastered and can use all forms of ninja art with ease.

He has mastered all forms of ninja art, not only is this evident in the manga but also in the data book and deserves his stats for ninjutsu 5/5, taijutsu 4.5/5 and genjutsu 5/5.

Not just ninja art but he arguably the most skilled with kunai/shuriken. Backed with his deserved speed and intelligence stats of 5/5 for both

Only thing that lets him down is his stamina 2.5/5 and even that he has defeated and outlasted ninja's who were not only healthier but also had a greater chakra reserve with ease

Lol Hiruzen is said to have mastered all forms of shinobi combat, and if you want to use databook stats then Hiruzen has a 5 in ever category except the ones that have to deal with age like strength, speed, and stamina.

Sasuke also matched Itachi blow for blow with kunai/shuriken. Alsp please don't say his illness affected him in throwing kunai/shuriken because that just deserves a huge face palm.

Itachi's very skilled but to say he's the most skilled ninja in the entire series is ridiculous. Of course everyone has their own opinion.

only this guy's can beat Itachi: Madara, Minato, Tobi, kabuto only for edo tensei,
Sasuke(EMS), Naruto(KM, SM), Maybe Hashirama

no i just misunderstood what you was asking me, because you just stated that both oruchumaru and the 3rd dont use genjutsu when they both have a 5/5 in it
and no ninja has 5/5 in everything. So i wont say a ninja is perfect. itachi on the other hand might be good, but he doesnt have any good stamina. Kakashi is also a well balanced ninja himself with a average amount of stamina.

yes but the 3rd is an old man, and i have to go by the stats as proof as his feat in the manga wasnt shown only him vs edo 1st and 2nd hokage. which looked bad because of his old age. Mind you even being old his stamina was still above itachi. and the difference between kakashi and itachi is also 0.5 but yet you still dont think kakashi is a great ninja himself? who is great with many forms of "ninja art"

B does not fight the same way like the Raikage even though he does a little.... he is not advance like them in Lighting Armour.

Sasuke mightve matched him blow for blow but you fail to get is that we have seen itaci demonstrate his superiority in the sense that he blinded the rennigan which even surprised kabuto, but also in the fight with sasuke he was not only partially blind he countered all the kunai's whilst forming handseals which again surprised sasuke

Ive never denied it and ive already said that the only ninja that beats him for all forms of ninja art is sarutobi by 0.5. But as i said the person who has demonstrated mastery of all forms in the manga is itachi. If we were to go by data book its sarutobi, then itachi

itachi was 70% blind though, so sasuke = a 70% itachi's blind shruiken throwing capabilities

Even though the new data book didnt come out yet, i know saskue name would be on the list, The third, and Despite orchumaru having a what 3.5? in taijutsu his body is perfect to counter any injury.

Itachi is a pretty powerful ninja. He has shown alot of incredible feats and has an array of impressive powers that make him virtually invincible. However, in the end, the powers he displays in the series will only last as long as he can hold it up. He can't always be in the Susanoo with the Yata, Totsuka and Yasaka.

There are a handful of good ninja who can surpass his biggest weakness and put up a good fight against him. So IMO he's at least top 10 and does not drop to anywhere below 15.
