Itachi is by far the most overrated person on the Base!
These are the list of all the people who can beat Itachi, most of them can actually defeat him with med difficulty.
The list is in no particular order

I like Itachi but come on he not as strong as Fanboy make him

No All six bijuu would be too much for him, but he could seal them away maybe with totsuka sword and defend TBB with Yata mirrior. But tobi is full of knowledge and would realise the sword and shield IMO and would know how to counter. But i wouldn't count itachi out 35% chance of winning at the most for itachi.
Naruto:
Yes, naruto needs more timeNaruto needs to show a bit more intellect and knowledge when it comes to combat. In 569 and recent chapters he has shown a it a bit. But not enough to where he can out smart itachi. Maybe in the near future when he has KM + SM then yes. But for now no

YesInteresting battle Genjutsu is rendered useless against puppet, Amaterasu can be countered by switching bodies but it doesent render amaterasu useless. If itachi can burn his heart the only living thing left of sasori.Susanoo + sword + shield good defence and offence could most likely counter most of sasori's techiniques. I give this to itachi he would most likely win.
Minato:Yes Searchbar Read Blaze Relese's post/thread most of his theories make perfect sense and is the most plausable one so far for itachi to win. But we need need to see more of minato's techniques before i can fully come up with an answer.But for now itachi
Path of Pains/NagatoYesIntersesting fight can't say atm . But totsuka sword would be a key element to defeating nagato. Itachi also has amaterasu which the 6pop dont have the speed to dodge but two of them do have a counter. Forgot names btw But the one which absorbs chakara in theory can ansorb any ninjustsu so i dont see amaterasu being a problem and deva path the one who looks like yahiko can use shinra tensei as proven in the manga. They both have counters for eachothers abilites so i can't decided 50/50

JmanYes i doubt jiriya has a counter for tsukiyomi . You cant say sage because itachi knows his own weaknesses and knows jman would outlast him in a battle of endurance. He also wants to end fights fast and starts most of his fights with tsukiyomi and jman would not enter sage mode from the begining. So itachi wins
In conclusion itachi would not make top five but would probably come in 6th place. But just because he is 6th dosent mean he cant beat number 6th upwards it's just highly unlikely with the current feats shown. Remember this is IMO so dont flame
