endo itachi can beat all the kage

raikage- he has one arm left and he can be hit with ama if he is in version 1 witch is how he starts a match so he will get hit and die, or he can be hit with a gen as seen vs madara and itachis would kill him

Oonoki - he can try dust release but he has no grate speed feets so as he starts to make it he can be killed with sasunoo's sword

Mie- ama kills her

hokage- ama gets her aswell

gaara- he can use the gen on him because he allways looks at peoples eye to judge people
