Itacgi may be nerfed

Due to these scans I think that we severely nerf Itachi, especially in vs. Battles.

Itachi has always started with genjutsu unless he was going easy, or it wouldn't work.
Kisame me explains it the best. Anyone without some quick counter like Sharingan or Kabuto, who fought blind should be immediately caught in genjutsu at the beginning of the battle.
