Sasuke got rsm and Naruto got rinnegan,Why? Because since Naruto is always the body and sasuke is always the eyes like in the madara fight sasuke was able to see the limbo clones and Naruto could hit them it would've made them more equal and it would've made sense since indra had the eyes and natural talent and ashura had the body hagoromo could've gave Naruto the eyes instead and sasuke rsm so both will have eye power + body power

RSM is a progression of SM. Sasuke couldn't have RSM without SM. Similarly, Rinnegan is an evolution of Sharingan. Awakening Rinnegan without Sharingan is impossible.
