3)Sakura would've a rival because lets be honest here naruto and sasuke let her in the dust

Naruto and many others/off panel fodders would have been dead by now...considering Kishi would not make Hinata a medic.
If Kishi wanted he could have already made Hinata a heroine.It does not really matter if she is in another team.Just like Naruto and Sasuke he could have made a Hinata and Sakura.He could have very well devolped both charecters.

She wouldn't have. Put any girl in Sakura's place and they still wouldn't be any better or any worse. Kishi = terrible with females in general. He was especially bad from the start, so Hinata would've had a unlikable thing from the start that people wouldn't let go of and hate her for it, like they do with Sakura.

Overall, I don't think any female would make a better lead if they were in her spot, but also not any worse.
