Had a interval where he couldnt use the jutsu. Otherwise we would have been seeing Sasuke spamming it everywhere against Kaguya and Madara. I still find it unfair that his has a limit and Naruto doesnt have any limits atm.

The only thing i can hypothesize is that Sasuke is gonna awaken Rinnengan in his other eye. Restrictions were placed on both Madara and Obito when they only had one eye. Obito was stuck to one path and Madara was stuck to one technique (Limbo) and one Limbo clone at that.

It could be that Kishi is limiting Sasuke to show the improvement of having a second Rinnengan. If he gets it it will most likely have 3T to make it 9

Anyway who knows. If Sasuke is stuck at this level then I can't see Naruto vs Sasuke going down.

I just ignore it. They know they are wrong. Sasuke haters just pretend to be idiots. Sasuke rinnegan doesn't need to be recharged for any reason.
