I thought this chapter was amazing. I initially was losing interest but when they both ended up on the ground I was interested again. I loved the panel where Sasuke admitted defeat. However, not because he said he lost but because of the fact that he put his pride aside for Naruto and finally acknowledged him and also because he looked epic in it. So much character development right there, I'm starting to like him waaaaaaaaayyyy more than I used to (he's tied with Naruto now). The art was epic, and I liked the fact that both of them seemed human again and finally the fear of death was there again after so long. Also that last panel, with their arms blown off while they were both calling each other stupid was awesome, gore is definitely something the series is missing.
Oh, and Naruto called it. Remember when he said if they both fought they were both gonna die? Well they didn't die but they're dying and will die if nobody interferes (somebody's gonna save them, obviously).
The only problem that I had was that I remembered that since they're both gonna be in the movie (with bandages over their arms that were blown off) they aren't gonna die. The marketing for that movie is terrible.
Hopefully the movie is not canon even though it appears so. My perfect manga ending is if they somehow undo IT from where they are now and then die out of exhaustion lying down like how they are now. IT is removed, everybody is happy, Sakura and Kakashi find them dead, but in the end they become heroes that set an example for peace. Last panel has to be them lying down dead next to each other though. Yep, something like that. As long as Naruto or both of them die.
