Pretty much. btw, did madara use a ST jutsu to appear there? or did he just decide to leave the 5 kage and run off because im pretty sure they would follow him because they cant get ambushed cuz edo is gone. Just a quick question that I randomly came up with.

Probably more to it to that, but as I've said elsewhere, short of a series of chapter long monologues and flashbacks, that's the best were going to get for now. We'll probably find out more when Tobito gets close to death, like usual.

Yes I agree with u on that. Speaking of "Tobito" dying I read on another thread where someone said that maybe just maybe Sasuke would show up to assist naruto and the others but I doubt it. Although that would be a great fight to watch

Also, I'd like to point something else out. Obito is a -Master- of psychological warfare. He regularly spews out lies and twisted half-truths to manipulate his victims. Let's also consider the fact that Obito doesn't go around declaring his real motives and intentions for no reason.

Now...when all that is considered, what is Tobi more likely to do? Tell Kakashi a half-truth to take advantage of his well known guilt complex regarding his and Rin's death to throw him off his game, or the spill his heart out like Nagato just because?

Is Rin's death probably a reason for his shift in attitude? Yeah. Is it the only one or even the most important? Maybe but probably not.
