Physically it was a tie, but the fight wasn't about beating the other, it was about Sasuke wanting to kill Naruto and Naruto trying to free Sasuke of his hatred.

This was one hell battle with many epic moments.
They both lost arm, they are friends again, we finally got how Sasuke feel.

Without a doubt one of greatest chapter in the whole manga, but instead of people talking how epic and good their battle and feelings were we will have a months of Sasuke vs Naruto power level debate, AGAIN!

Sasuke only lost in achieving his goal because of plot. Kishi literally made Sasuke TNJ himelf. It's quite ridiculous, to be honest.
