Mukuro does a few handseals causing it to rain .As i focus my chakra into the sky, i use shape manipulation. I then create a nuclei out of rain which causes my rain to move down faster, initially making the it easier for bigger rain techniques

*as you are performing hand seals to make it rain, i create my Umbrella to protect myself so that i don't get wet and stuff*

you will learn this technique later, now then, i would appreciate if you make few hand seals *shows you hand seals* and focus your chakra into the Rain, then make them stop with your chakra in mid-air, easy enough

Listening to migs words, Percy performs the handseals he was given and begin to send his chakra into the rain above. As the chakra makes contact with the rain, Percy does something utmost spectacular! He suddenly makes the rain drops stop in mid air by focusing on their location and using chakra to " hold them", causing them not to fall.

Ok, now focus Rain in your hand and form it in your hand in form of a dagger which thanks to the water will have quite a solid form, then cut pillar of earth i create and as you cut it, water from the dagger will hit that "wound" and make it hurt even more

Listening to what mig said, I send my chakra into my hand, creating a dagger from the falling rain. I then dash towards the pillar, thrusting forwards causing the pillar to fall. If it were a human, as they get hit by the dagger, I would release the water, causing the wound to hurt more.
