she is stronger than 4th raikage in brute strength.

Tobirama and minato cant kill her because of her high chakra and suprhuman strength. Minato will end up defeated as he wastes his chakra on FTG. which rules out Itachi also (since the stronger Minato is defeated,itachi too is defeated).

trollkage and muu cant kill her because she has katsuyu who can locate the clam and muu must make himself visible to use jinton.


hte only ones who can defeat her easily are Madara,Hahsi,Naruto ans Sasuke. the others have no chance!

Hiruzen again he doesnt have much chakra and she can easily heal from his elemental attacks and kill him.

3rd raikage amy present some challenge again tsunade can use katsuyu to attack him with acid and katsuyu clones can help defeat 3rd raikage.
