It seems like there 4 type of Sage mode

I realized there are 4 type of Sage mode in Naruto world, here are the Sage modes

Frog Sage mode = Naruto, Jiraiya and Minato
Dragon Sage Mode = Kabuto
Wood Sage mode? = Hashirama
Rikudo Sage mode = Naruto and (Sasuke?)

We know how Frog Sage mode and Dragon Sage mode are gained, but how does one gain Wood Sage Mode and Rikudo Sage mode?

I don't know Hashirama official Sage mode, so I just called him what came to my mind.

RSM would be through the juubi or if Kaguya, Hagoromo or Hamura decide to give you their RSM.

I say its safe to assume that Hashirama got that sage mode on his own. All his jutsus are basically "nature" types (all earthly and natural stuff. earth, water, wood) and all have some kind of relationship with bijuu (absorbs bijuu chakra) and shinjuu (same form as mokuton). As he is the only first one we know to gain this ability without any enhancement and just with his chakra and talent, I say its safe to assume he gained some form of "sennin mode" with his unique abilities.

hashirama senjutsu related with woods, he abilities may have something connected with Mito, Katsuyu and shinkutson forest. That forest by mangafact is the only three place to learn senjutsu.

Hashirama's Sage Mode is unknown, it's name and where and how is it learned. It's presumably from the Shikkotsu Forest, and can thus be called Slug Sage Mode. But that's just all made up.

Sage mode enhances the users natural abilities...so i doubt there is a Wood Sage mode.
