It obvious that Sakura is going to cry to Sasuke again to save Naruto

I not trolling or bashing,but using logic.Sasuke still have some emotional feeling for Sakura,because he view his family when kakashi was mention her love for him.This is why he did not kill her but put her in genjutsu.It very spicious for Sakura to wake up this chapter when Sasuke have the upper hand in the battle.I sure Sakura will do the tnj part instead of Naruto or even take the chidori stab instead of Naruto ,to bring Sasuke to his senses.

They ran over there and it was never said how long it took them to get there.

If Sakura were to save Naruto, then she would have to get over there in less than a second, because assuming Naruto doesn't stop Sasuke that is how long it would take Sasuke to impale Naruto.

More likely, its a shadow clone and a call back to the Hashi vs Madara fight, Sasuke kills a Shadow clone and Naruto punches him from behind.
