Hashirama would put them to shame. No need to add Tobirama and Minato (Hiruzen is excluded because he admitted inferiority to Part 1 Orochimaru and by feats is under Tsunade).

That's not at all the case anymore. Back then, Onoki could have used jinton and destroyed Konohagakure the same way Deva Path did, and virtually no one in Konohagakure would be able to do anything against the Yondaime Raikage's speed, nor would they be able to defend themselves against Bee. Now, Naruto gives everyone a pat on their back and, with Kurama's chakra cloak, would take the other villages.

On a serious note.. I believe Kishi chose to stick with his regular characters to further develop them during the war. If he had allowed other villages to shine then there would be more panels showing famous ninja from different villages and there relations to the person on the SA side trying to beat them. If you look at the filler episodes though they did show information on some famous ninja from different villages

Yeah they have/had great military strength, but that's because konoha has recently been peaceful in relation to other villages (not including the sound village) for a significant period of time, & also the k11 has never been in any wars yet.

I don't think that any other village will do anything special in future cuz the series is based on naruto and konoha and i don't think that kishi have any plans about other villages
