We know kishi have problem while moving the plot further when he already started all planning accordingly to his idea and at the end he may think if some adjustment have to make this is really what he plan B would look like.
1) Paring Sasuke and Hinata, but hinata reject Sasuke. She is the only female in manga has no feeling to sasuke whatsoever. I dont have problem if Sakura with Naruto but Sakura need to have some maturity.
2) Put Sakura as Senju and the same linage as Hashirama and Tsunade. She should not fangirlsm on Sasuke but more objective guy as Dan or even Naruto.
3) Remain Neji as the major plot antagonist, he is the one flew the village and against the system. Team 7 and Hinata try to rescue him. That make relevant to the Kaguya or Otsutsuki plan at the end.
4) lower his eye fetishism to more Ninjutsu and Taijutsu base writing. That all ninja is all about.
5) Make four mate team instead of three. Senju+Uchina+Uzumaki+Hyuga
6) Stick to Lee as Naruto rival not Sasuke, Lee is the true ninja and kungfu master. Kishi always think about to make Lee as Manga.
