since its been spoiled for me already i might as well post this. the akatsuki was a mercenary group yahiko had a whole small army and only the main members were killed off so it only makes sense theres more that can recruit. and you might wonder why people might join? well heres the main ones i can think of. 1. some people cant just let go of their grudges (hey you killed my whole family and destroyed my house in your conflict but you said im sorry so its ok? Fck no!) 2. some people cant adapt to a world of peace because they lived everyday fighting 3. theres still a bingo book of ronin unless the sauce man killed them all on his travels. 4. black zetsus other half that we never got to see is still roaming the earth.

There should've been Akatsuki remnants anyway...wasn't it said somewhere that they had underlings and spies. Also, people who were ripped from their perfect dream in IT and had to return to a bad real life would desire to return to the dreamworld...this depends on how much team 7 divulged about the whole zetsu thing...then again, some people would think it was worth it.
