As we all know,Juubi has thinking of an animal,they always said it that it was just and giant chakra monster. We can also see,that Obito lost his consciousness and that Juubi took over him. On some panels we can see on Obitos face that he looks....scared

Not really. Making him saying 'O bi to' doesn't exactly mean the Juubi is in control.

Good observations, if he is taken over by the Juubi then you hit it spot on. He might not necessarily be though. If he was taken over then wouldn't the Juubi's Eye take form in one of his like with part 1 Naruto and Gaara? It's possible that it is Obito, but he lost most of his memory. His expressions seem very confused, lost, and childlike, but he still faintly responded to his name. He also appears to have lost all restraint and remorse. Perhaps, this is his rebirth as a God?

Of course, Kishi is probably just going to have it be the Juubi took over and he's an animal Lol
