It is too bad Orochimaru didn't do the ritual on Kaguya

I mean think about it, Kaguya right now isn't dead but sealed meaning that Kaguya can be unsealed if someone gains the Rinnengan.

If Orochimaru did his ritual to transfer his soul to Kaguya, that would mean Kaguya would be officially dead. Why didn't they consider using Orochimaru to kill Kaguya?

Sasuke maybe weaker than Kaguya, but Sasuke is way more skillful than Kaguya. Kaguya is more about spamming jutsu without thinking much.

There more chance Orochimaru succeeding with Kaguya than with Sasuke and Itachi.

Thats how she appeared but she still has mastery of her chakra and overwhelming power (since those are the requirements to use her power). Besides, power is what she needs to overpower someone. The gap is too big.
