That is important , but when he gets his 2 Rinnengan , he can also get some powerfull NEW JUTSUS.
Or just Limbo gets a upgrade.

Obito has already survived so much , this will make no difference anymore =D

If anything, madara will get a huge boost in power, since having both eyes allows the user to use it's full power.

Either Madara will start having fun with them again, or he will just go all out from the start and pawn them.
